At FBC, we seek to connect kids to God through interactive Bible study, to each other through age-appropriate classes led by godly, caring adults, and their world through missions education and service.
first Students (6-12)
First Baptist Jacksonville Student Ministry exists to reach students with the Good News of Jesus Christ through Bible Study, Worship, Evangelism, Discipleship, Service, and Fun. We love students and we want to see them walk with Jesus for the rest of their lives! We meet every Wednesday from 5:30-7:30pm and Sundays at 9:15am for Growth Groups.
Our Senior Adult Ministry is to minister to seniors who are 55 and older.
We provide opportunities for seniors to be involved in fellowship and worship through trips, meals, social activities, and planned programs. We also provide mission opportunities through our church and in cooperation through our state missions.
Music is an important expression in our worship of God. We are commanded by God to "Sing to the Lord" and "Make a Joyful Noise." If this is your desire and you feel that the Lord would have you serve Him in the Music Ministry of FBC, we would love to have you be a part.
